Theta Breath

Prepare to use intentional breathwork to tap into the theta brainwave state—the gateway to deep exploration and release. This experience utilizes breath designed to guide you into an altered state of consciousness.

In the theta state:

  • The sense of self, mind, and personality dissolves, allowing for profound inner awareness.

  • You enter a trance-like connection with your internal world, accessing abstract thought and imagination.

  • Your nervous system becomes receptive to new suggestions, as you hover between the conscious and subconscious mind—where you are truly “conscious of the subconscious.”

  • The body relaxes its hold, giving you the freedom to dream, rewrite subconscious patterns, and shift negative associations into positive ones.

 

This practice takes you out of your thinking mind and into your emotional body, offering space for deep-seated sadness, anger, and old pain to surface and release—yet also making room for joy, laughter, and fulfillment. A spectrum of emotions may arise, often in waves.

 

Following the active breathing phase, you’ll move into a guided integration process, allowing the experience to settle so you "wake up" changed—different from who you were before.

Somatic Workshops

A journey home to yourself...  these in-person workshops offer a gentle, experiential space to reconnect with the body and support nervous system regulation. These experiences blend guided somatic awareness, breath, and intuitive movement to help release held tension, build internal safety, and deepen self-attunement. Rather than focusing on performance or fixing, the emphasis is on listening to the body’s cues and moving at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. Each workshop is trauma-informed and choice-based, creating an environment where participants can explore embodiment with curiosity and care. Somatic workshops are suitable for all levels and are especially supportive for those seeking stress relief, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of connection within themselves. Leave feeling more grounded, present, and resourced—carrying these practices into daily life.

Returning Home: A Nervous System Reset Series

This 3-part workshop series is a gentle invitation to come back to yourself. Life can leave us feeling stretched, wired, or shut down, and our nervous system carries the weight of all that tension. In this series, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

 

Through simple, somatic practices, mindful movement, and conscious breathwork, each session helps you slow down, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease, safety, and resilience.

 

Part 1: Grounding & Safety (5/10/26)
Come home to your body. We’ll explore ways to anchor, settle, and feel safe within yourself—building a foundation for calm and presence.

Part 2: Release & Restore (5/17/26)
Gently open into areas of tension or stuck energy. Using breath, movement, and awareness, you’ll create space for release and restoration.

 

Part 3: Integration & Resilience (5/24/26)
Bring it all together. Learn to carry these practices into your everyday life, so you can respond to stress with steadiness, connection, and ease.

 

This series is for anyone ready to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their body. No experience necessary—just a willingness to show up for yourself.

CERTIFICATIONS 

Certifications with Dr. Rachael Muster are designed for clinicians, wellness professionals, and facilitators seeking to deepen their understanding of breathwork, the nervous system, somatic awareness, and embodied healing practices. Grounded in trauma-informed care and integrative science, these trainings blend theory with experiential learning, offering practical tools that support regulation, presence, and ethical facilitation. Each certification emphasizes embodied integration—ensuring participants don’t just learn the work, but live it.

Breathwork Certification

The Somatic Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation Practitioner Certification is a practitioner-focused training designed to develop highly skilled, nervous-system–aware breath facilitators. This certification centers on how to guide breath intentionally—understanding when, why, and how specific breathing patterns shift physiological and energetic states.

The Trauma-Informed Resilience Certification is for practitioners and individuals who work with the body, energy, or nervous system.  Participants learn how to support regulation, safety, and integration—without retraumatization or overreach—while cultivating resilience with greater clarity, confidence, and ethical integrity.

The High Frequency EFT™ Practitioner Certification is designed for practitioners and individuals who want practical, effective tools for working with stress, emotions, habits, and personal growth. This certification teaches a clear, grounded approach to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), blending EFT and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) methods to support regulation, clarity, and confidence.
