HI, I'm Dr.  Racahel - a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (OH + FL), somatic healing practitioner, energy worker, Integrative Somatic Coach, and educator.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have worked in diverse settings, supporting children, teens, families, educators, first responders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Over time, my focus has evolved to embrace the full integration of body, mind, and energy in the healing process.

I specialize in guiding people through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and identity or developmental exploration. My approach combines evidence-based counseling with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and energy healing techniques, helping you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your innate sense of vitality and well-being.
