Counseling typically helps individuals get from a non-functional state to place of improved functioning. Counseling involves the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. If you've been diagnosed with a mental health problem such as depression or anxiety, counseling is probably the better choice, at least initially.

With over 17 years of clinical mental health experience, a Doctorate degree, and energy work training, I have a vast skill set. At Dr. Rachael Muster Coaching + Consulting, I want my strength-based coaching services to be accessible to anyone striving to create meaningful change in their lives. My rates are some of the lowest in the industry, at only $100 per 45-minute session.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A COACHING SESSION?
At the time of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a link (via text or email) from Doxy.Me (a Hippa compliant Telehealth portal). During our first session, we will review your intake questionnaire and develop a map for our work together. Every coaching call + energy session is tailored to meet your individual needs. Together we will build a relationship and work together to help you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.
