Emotional Freedom Techniques

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping” is a mind/body method that combines gentle touch with mindful, vocal attention to thoughts and feelings. EFT involves tapping with our fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and body while focusing (temporarily) on an issue we wish to resolve.

EFT allows us to transform uncomfortable feelings like sadness, fear, or anger that our negatively impacting our lives. EFT can also be used to help transform the thoughts and beliefs behind our emotional experiences. After just a few rounds of tapping, people often report feeling lighter and calmer. They may also be able to breathe more easily – almost as if they have more space inside. Additionally, people report that they have gained new insights and are feeling better, overall.

As we begin to notice, acknowledge, and transform how we carry our emotions, we begin to see just how this may be contributing to pain, illness, or other personal challenges. By using EFT, we can reconnect with our innate sense of unshakeable wellbeing.

EFT "Tapping"

Your EFT Session takes place via, in the comfort of your home. During your virtual EFT session, Dr. Rachael, will gather information to better understand where you are energetically stuck and lead you through tapping sequences to help you reset your personal energy system little by little at a pace that is right for you. Once your system begins “rebalancing” as you tap, you usually start feeling better – more relaxed, peaceful and serene – in relation to our specific problem or issue.
