After 15+ of hustling for my worth and sacrificing my well-being to check the boxes of success, I had a profound realization. None of it was giving me a sense of fulfillment. I was tired, stressed, and experiencing adrenal fatigue. I was stuck and like many people, I wasn't sure who to turn to for support. 

 

I founded Dr. Rachael Muster - Mental Health Coaching + Energy Work with one goal in mind - to offer an empowering, informative, + supportive space for individuals interested in a holistic, strength-based, mental health support.
